Update on the Drought in Ohio, and Temperature, and Precipitation Outlook for Fall…
With the recent rainfall here in Ohio, the drought conditions have improved substantially across the state. Parts of West Central Ohio, as well down along the Ohio River, are not even in drought conditions.
The temperatures will have a better chance of averaging above normal. There will be cold nights ahead this month, but those would be fewer than average.
However, precipitation amounts have a higher than normal chance to be greater than normal.
Let’s hope for more rain (not flooding) to help bust the drought more here in Ohio.
