JOHNSTON COUNTY IN CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA…

* UNTIL 245 PM EST

* AT 220 PM EST…DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE SQUALL LINE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO AS WELL AS DAMAGING STRAIGHT LINE
WINDS. THESE DANGEROUS STORMS WERE LOCATED OVER WILSON’S MILLS…OR
7 MILES NORTH OF SMITHFIELD…AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 65 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE…
SMITHFIELD…CLAYTON…WILSON’S MILLS…WEST SMITHFIELD…SELMA…
FOUR OAKS…PINE LEVEL…KENLY…PRINCETON…MICRO…FLOWERS AND
EMIT.
