Fantastic Week of Weather Ahead
It was a loud Sunday evening across the Findlay area, and all of Hancock County. This was a picture I took of the severe thunderstorm that moved into downtown earlier this evening.
REMAINDER OF TONIGHT: Showers and thunderstorms are moving across the area at this hour. Once this area moves through the city later tonight, drier and cooler weather will begin to settle in. Skies will begin to clear also. Overnight low temperatures are forecast to drop into the middle and upper 50s.
NICE STRETCH OF WEATHER AHEAD: As mentioned, a very nice stretch of nice weather will commence on Monday. Plenty of sunshine can be expected, along with breezy conditions from the west and northwest. High temperatures are forecast to top out only in the lower to middle 70s. Skies are forecast to remain clear Sunday Night. Overnight low temperatures tomorrow night are forecast to drop back into the lower and middle 50s.
From Tuesday through the rest of the work week, and into Saturday, the weather is shaping up to be fantastic. Plenty of sunshine during the day, along with mainly clear skies as night. Looking towards the weekend, temperatures will begin to warm some. High pressure will be the main weather feature this week. High temperatures through the middle of the week look to struggle just to top out in the lower 70s, with low temperatures dropping back into the upper 40s and lower 50s. It will definitely feel Fall like.
From Thursday through the rest of the weekend, temperatures, as noted above, will begin to rebound some. Rain chances will slowly increase by the end of next weekend. High temperatures during this period are forecast to top out in the middle to upper 70s. Low temperatures are forecast to drop back into the middle 50s to near 60 degrees.
