Chilly Few Days Ahead #Findlay #Ohio #OHwx
After last night’s severe thunderstorm that moved across the Findlay area that featured vivid and excessive lightning, along with the wind, the sky cleared out for much of the day on Wednesday. I captured this picturesque sunset tonight from our local hospital. As you can see, the cloud cover is on the increase across the area.
The increase in the cloud cover is due in part to an upper level area of low pressure over the Great Lakes Region. By tomorrow, skies are forecast to be mainly cloudy all day. By later in the afternoon, a few scattered showers is possible as well. Even though this is still Summer, a taste of Fall will be in the air. High temperatures are forecast to only top out in the middle to upper 60s.
As we going into Tuesday Night, the cloud cover will be sticking around. The northerly component to the wind will keep things chilly. Overnight low temperatures are forecast to drop back into the upper 40s. Wednesday looks to be just the same as Tuesday. Once again, high temperatures are forecast to only reach the upper 60s.
REST OF THE WEEK: Thursday and Friday will feature some of the best weather out of the next seven days. Plenty of sunshine can be expected both days. Mainly clear skies can be expected at night. High temperatures both days are forecast to top out in the middle 70s. Low temperatures are forecast to drop back to the lower 50s Thursday Night, and the lower 60s Friday Night.
This weekend will be featuring a return to Summer time weather. It will mainly be partly cloudy, warm, and humid. Afternoon chances for scattered showers and thunderstorms are noted for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. High temperatures by Sunday and Monday are forecast to top out in the middle 80s.
