Summer Time Weather Returning


The cloud cover is beginning to decrease some across the Findlay and Hancock County area this Tuesday Evening. Temperatures today have not gotten above 70 degrees at any point during the day. Highs overall only reached into the middle 60s.


Radar this evening showing a clear scan across the area. The cloud cover will continue to decrease through the rest of tonight. A touch of Fall will continue, with low temperatures falling back into the upper 40s and lower 50s by sunrise Wednesday.

FORECAST THROUGH THURSDAY: The quiet, and pleasant, weather pattern will be continuing through Thursday. Plenty of sunshine is in the forecast during this forecast period. This will be as a result of high pressure being in place across the area. High temperatures Wednesday and Thursday are forecast to top out in the lower to middle 70s. Low temperatures Wednesday Night and Thursday Night are forecast to drop back into the lower and middle 50s.

HEADING INTO THE WEEKEND: Friday will be featuring great weather, especially for the high school football games across the Findlay and Hancock County area Friday Night. Plenty of sunshine can be expected during the day on Friday, Mainly clear skies can be expected Friday Night. Temperatures are forecast to top out in the middle to upper 70s during the day, with Friday night temperatures dropping through the 60s, and bottom out in the upper 50s to lower 60s by sunrise Saturday.

Summer time weather will definitely be back for Saturday and Sunday. Conditions will start to get more humid. An area of low pressure is forecast to move through the area. That will provide chances for showers and thunderstorms Saturday and Sunday. High temperatures this weekend are forecast to reach into the middle and upper 80s. Saturday Night and Sunday Night low temperatures are forecast to drop only back into the middle and upper 60s.

LOOK AT NEXT WEEK: Drier weather looks to be moving back in for the first portion of next week. Plenty of sunshine looks to be very likely. A return to seasonal temperatures is noted. High temperatures are forecast to reach into the lower and middle 80s during the day. Low temperatures are forecast to fall back into the middle 60s.
