Nice Drying Trend Coming Up
FIRST THINGS FIRST : Before we get to the nice drying trend that is being forecast later this weekend, and into next week, we must first get through a dense cloud deck across the area…
RAINY FRIDAY NIGHT : Also, there are scattered showers moving across the Findlay and Hancock County Area currently. For those headed out to the high school football games tonight, make sure to pack the rain gear with you. Temperatures this evening look to mainly be in the upper 50s to lower 60s.
OVERNIGHT FORECAST : The scattered rain showers are forecast to move out of the area through the remainder of this Friday Night. It will be chilly for early September. Overnight low temperatures are forecast to drop back into the upper 40s and lower 50s.
WEEKEND FORECAST : Saturday looks to feature mostly cloudy skies, along with chances for afternoon showers. The showers tomorrow are forecast to decrease in coverage. Sunday is shaping up to being a fantastic way to end the weekend. High temperatures both days are forecast to top out in the middle 60s.
Saturday Night will feature clearing skies. Sunday night is forecast to have clear skies. Low temperatures Saturday Night are forecast to bottom out in the lower 40s. There could be a location or two in the rural areas in Hancock County that could drop below 40 degrees for the first time this season. Sunday Night low temperatures are forecast to drop back into the middle 40s.
FANTASTIC STRETCH : Simple forecast from Monday through Thursday of next week. Mostly sunny during the day. Clear skies at night. After this weekend, the next best chance for rain is forecast to be on Friday. High temperatures during this period are forecast to range from the middle 70s to the lower 80s. Low temperatures Monday Night through Thursday Night are forecast to drop back into the lower and middle 50s.
LOOK AT THE LONG RANGE : The long range forecast ensembles do also indicated the cool down for this weekend, followed by a warming trend next week. It is starting to look like 90 degree days will be fewer and far between as we enter the Fall season.
