Clearing Skies Tonight; Frost Likely Tuesday Morning #OHwx #NWOhioWx
The cold front has moved through Northwest Ohio today. Skies are clearing this evening. Also, it was a great sunset this evening in the region. I took this picture in downtown Findlay at sunset this evening.
Temperatures this evening in Northwest Ohio are beginning to fall back through the 40s. The wind is starting to die down as well. That will allow temperatures to drop fairly fast tonight. A freeze warning is in effect tonight for all of Northwest Ohio. The only county not included in the freeze warning tonight is Ottawa County.
With the clearing skies and the wind becoming light and variable, we are forecasting low temperatures to drop back into the lower 30s. Some of the rural locations could drop as low as 28°F or 29°F before sunrise tomorrow.
Fairly quiet weather will be in the forecast through the remainder of the work week, and into this weekend. Temperatures will be acting more like where they should be. Fall colors should begin to come out as we head towards this weekend.
The cool temperatures look like will be sticking around for the foreseeable future, with periods of below normal temperatures possible at times. Fall is here to stay.
