Friday Evening Blog Update #NWOhioWx #OHwx
Weather radar this evening showing scattered showers steadily east, and moving out of Northwest Ohio. Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy overnight. Due to the southerly component of the wind, low temperatures will drop back only into the middle and upper 40s.
Saturday will feature a mainly dry beginning to the day. By the afternoon, a strong cold front will be approaching the region. Showers will become likely. Some thunder can not be ruled out as well. Wind gusts in the afternoon are forecast to reach 30-40 MPH at least. High temperatures will climb into the 50s Saturday. Those temperatures will drop after the cold front passes tomorrow afternoon/evening.
The strong cold front that will be moving through will usher in another blast of cold air. Low temperatures Sunday Morning are forecast to drop back into the lower 30s. Sunday will also feature high temperatures that may not climb out of the 40s all day.
Going into next week, the overall weather pattern will begin to relax. Cool and seasonable weather will continue through the rest of next week. That will mean highs will generally be in the 50s during the day. At night, low temperatures will generally in the 30s.
