Pleasant Stretch of Weather Ahead #Findlay #OHwx #Ohio


VISIBLE SATELLITE PICTURE: The cold front moved through the Findlay area earlier today. That allowed for clearing of the skies. By afternoon, plenty of sunshine was evident across the area. At this hour, the visible satellite picture over the Findlay and Hancock County area showing fair weather cumulus clouds overhead. Temperatures at early evening are very much Fall-like, in the lower to middle 70s across the area.

START TOWARDS A GREAT END TO THE WORK WEEK: High pressure is starting to settle into the area this evening. That will allow for great sleeping weather, and mainly clear skies as well. Low temperatures tonight are forecast to fall back into the lower 50s. Do not be surprised if the more rural areas across Hancock County drop back into the upper 40s by sunrise Friday.

TROJAN FOOTBALL WEATHER: The daytime hours on Friday will feature sunny skies across the area, with mainly clear skies in the forecast for Friday Night. It will be a very comfortable night for the Findlay Trojans football game at Donnell Stadium. Temperatures at kickoff look to fall back into the lower 70s. By the end of the games, temperatures are forecast to fall back through the 60s, and possibly into the upper 50s. By Sunrise Saturday, low temperatures are forecast to fall back into the lower and middle 50s.

THE WEEKEND: The majority of the upcoming weekend will feature plentiful amounts of sunshine, along with temperatures warming back to seasonable averages. A cold front is forecast to move in late Sunday afternoon. That will offer the chances for scattered showers and thunderstorms. Those chances will continue into Sunday Night.

High temperatures Saturday and Sunday are forecast to reach into the lower and middle 80s. Low temperatures Saturday night are forecast to drop back into the middle 50s. With the passage of the cold front Sunday night, temperature are forecast to drop back into the lower and middle 50s.

NEXT WEEK: A strong area of high pressure, just to the west, will be the main weather feature through the remainder of the seven day forecast period. That will result in the wind flow being from the north and west. Plenty of sunshine can be expected, along with some fair weather cumulus clouds in the afternoon hours.

Temperatures through the middle of next week will be pleasant. High temperatures are forecast to reach into the upper 70s and lower 80s. Low temperatures at night are forecast to fall back into the middle 50s overall. Get out and enjoy this nice stretch of weather for late August!

Very Nice Weather Weekend Ahead #Findlay #OHwx #Ohio



It is a very pleasant Thursday afternoon in the Findlay and Hancock County Area. Most spots in and around the Findlay area currently in the lower 80s.




As a result of plentiful sunshine across the area today, we have a clear scan on weather radar this afternoon as well.

QUIET WEATHER TONIGHT: Not much weather wise will be happening tonight. Skies will generally remain clear. Temperatures one more time tonight will be very comfortable. Low temperatures are forecast to drop back to the upper 50s and lower 60s.

WEATHER NEXT 24 HOURS: The start to the day on Friday will be featuring plentiful amounts of sunshine. As the afternoon hours approach, cloud cover will begin to go on the increase. The chance is there for an isolated shower or thunderstorms by later in the afternoon. High temperatures in the lower to middle 80s. Friday night will be featuring overcast skies. The chances will be on the uptick for more showers and thunderstorms to move across Findlay and Hancock County. Low temperatures tomorrow night are forecast to drop back only into the middle 60s.

CONTINUED WARMTH: Temperatures will continue their climb towards 90 degree highs this weekend. The weekend will feature warm, but dry, weather conditions. Shower and thunderstorm chances will go back on the increase for Monday and Tuesday of next week. Temperatures next week are forecast to return to seasonable averages, even with forecast high temperatures in the lower to middle 80s.
